| Directions The Festival is easily accessible by car and by public transportation (MARTA). Morehouse College - Archer Hall Gymnasium is located just minutes from downtown Atlanta and from the heart of the West End. Easily accessible from any part of the city, Morehouse is located near Interstate 20 as well as Interstates 75 and 85. Directions from the East.. Take I-20 west to the Joseph Lowery Blvd (exit 55A). After exiting, turn right onto Lowery. After you pass the stadium and tennis courts on your right, turn right onto Fair Street. Archer Hall will be the second building on your right. Directions from the West. Take I-20 East to the Joseph Lowery (formally Ashby Street) exit. At the stop sign, continue to the left and make a left onto Joseph Lowery.
